"Gra z Wiatrem"
means
"Plays with the Wind"
and also
"Playing with the Wind".
Polish hounds are known of their special way of barking called "granie" - "playing". By this "playing" polish hounds help the hunters to reach wildlife . When they get wind of wildlife, they start to bark in the very special way so that the hunters know what kind of animal they've found and how far from it they are.
So, from these two words:
play and wind,
we created our Kennel's name.
